The story of Altera Film Studio began several years before its official establishment, when Saeid Zargar, after his first year of film school, invested in a video camera and embarked on a journey across the U.S., Europe, and Iran. During his travels, he encountered dozens of influential figures from diverse sociopolitical backgrounds. Over the years, filming these individuals on location allowed him to build a vast library of footage, which would later become the foundation of Altera Film Studio.

Saeid holds a BFA in Film Production from York University. With over a decade of experience in independent filmmaking, he has worked in various roles on numerous projects, many of which have been featured on television networks and at film festivals. At Altera Film Studio, Saeid aims to tell humane stories that bridge divides and offer viewers to explore the world from different perspectives. The company is dedicated to overcome any obstacle that stands in the way of bringing imaginations to life.
